Just had an inspection done not too long ago and used http://altoninspect.com/. His name is Richard Alton and he'll flat out tell you that he isn't the cheapest, but he's also not the most expensive. The report he will give you at the end is accessible 24/7 online and it probably the most comprehensive home inspection report I've ever seen.
