We recently had guests come on the Eka Jaya morning boat with their 12 month old - it's a big, strong boat so it's stable on the water, and has comfortable spacious seating. But if you want better service on the ground, Gili Getaway and Blue Water Express have good reputations. I'd recommend you avoid the cheaper advertised boats like already coming on this thread.

Hey there! I just want to add that I used Gili Getaway just a few days ago, on the 13 th and 16 th. Yes, they are very professional and definitely fast, but you should know the boat is very small and very, veryveryvery fast. Its like being on a huge jet ski. I thought it was fun, but there were definitely some very nervous folks on board and to be honest I don't think it would be so much fun for a 1 year old. Just something to keep in your head. Unfortunately they're the only company I've ever used to get to the Gilis so i don't have any recommendations for you.
