Bill Blood you can go into DSHS or Home and Community Services building in Kelso behind the DSHS office and talk to them and pick up an application. They help pay the costs. You would fill out the application and then you would also have to be evaluated to see exactly what services you need and how many hours you qualify to have a caregiver.
