Dominion Hospital has a very highly regarded "Reflections" program for eating disorder patients of all ages. I would seriously consider this option especially if you/or your loved one is suffering.

[Ashley Palatiello](https://www.pinneydavenport.com/pinney-davenport-nutrition-about-us) with Pinney Davenport Nutrition in McLean. Very experienced with eating disorders and savvy (and I have been around the heartbreaking block with treatment for this disease). Good luck.

There's one in Ashburn that treats EDs bit I can't recall the name, if you're interested I can try to find it. Otherwise Elizabeth Holm in Alexandria is amazing however she doesn't take insurance.

I don't have any personal experience with these, but my dietician in the Roanoke area (who specialized in eating disorders) recommended these two groups to me - [one](http://www.pbshealthcare.com/#home) and [two](https://thebodyimagecenter.com/). The latter does take Aetena, though it may be possible to negotiate for your insurance to pay in-network if you can demonstrate that it would be difficult to obtain care otherwise.
