Contact Soleil, who runs a Yoga e-newsletter called Yogablaze & is very plugged into the Seattle Yoga community. Her email: soleilyogatherapy@hotmail.com. Washington State (or the City of Seattle - it's one of the two), is also trying to tax individual Yoga classes the same way they tax fitness classes. All best - Maureen Clyne

Three recommendations: https://www.facebook.com/321918365270 Circle Yoga in Chevy Chase has a"super gentle yoga class" appropriate for seniors on Mondays 10-11 am, but it's q https://www.facebook.com/116032445080473 uite popular and gets filled up fast. Past Tense Yoga in Mt. Pleasant, has senior yoga https://www.facebook.com/50524544491 on Tuesdays and Thursdays 9am-10am. For home-based practice, try on-line studio YogaGlo --they have a searchable database of hundreds of classes, high production values and really useful. $18/mo but first month is free to try it out. If private yoga instruction is of interest, PM me and I can give you some names of yoga instructors who specialize in this population.
