Spartan Homes is also another good contractor! Another local company to Webster! It’s a good practice to get at least 3 quotes!

Pat Morabito is an amazing architect in fairport, can’t say enough about him and the experience you’ll have. He’s the go to for so many in town and is a wealth of knowledge. Speranza Construction is the best around with decades of experience and an amazing reputation, he’s also a Webster resident. Gabe has posted some recent additions on this page. Good Luck!

Don’t mean to hijack here but please take a look at our website if you’re interested in the process of design and build for a new addition to your home: www.bearcreekbuilders.com My husband and I help homeowners design appropriate additions based on needs and lifestyle and work with a local architect to help bring together your vision. We are very unique in that it’s just the two of us that handle 90% of the home construction and help you to understand the best methods and materials to make your new addition energy efficient, beautiful, and cost-effective... The best way to start with any new addition/home is to perform a value/design analysis that allows you to see a rendering, plans, and full expense/value of a finished product. Please feel free to contact my husband, Jeff, for more info: 585-500-5376

I had Ed Crandall with Crandall construction do a large addition for me last spring. His crew was neat, hard working, very thoughtful and always on time. I actually missed them when they were done!

Morning! I am in need of a old distressed beam to use as a fireplace mantel- anyone have an idea? Or a beam? Or know where to get/buy?

We looked locally recently and ended up on logmantels.com . If you contact them they will take an actual picture of their current selection so you can pick the exact beam you want. We paid about $ 300.00 delivered. People were great there. Just an option. The nice thing is they are already squared , finished and prepped for perfect mounting. Oops looks like you're looking for a beam, not Log . I'll leave this reply though for ideas. Here's ours.
