HomePro Inspections or Jim Salmon. NOT Mark Fulmer. Glosses over too many important things. I also recommend starting with a good Realtor first. No point in killing yourself to get the house absolutely perfect just to have a bad Realtor sell your house lower and slower than a good Realtor.
