Looking glass eye center. If you need a new Rx, see Hooper Williams, if disease or surgery, there's others specialist in those areas. I've been a patient of Dr Williams, since he opened his office!

As reluctant as I am to say this, if you do have Medicaid and need this looked at asap, you should go to the ER. Although I don't think a regular eye doctor is that expensive. I don't know if Medicaid pays for Urgent care or not. Call and ask.
