I recently dealt with GN Fencing and Landscaping LLC of Manchester who is a Fire Fighter great prices and highly recommend Kirt warranties his work for 5 years. 603-493-9492 and fast turn around most are 6-7 weeks out.. http://www.gnfencing.com On my old house used Joes prices were great warranties for 5 years but service calls are done when I was never home had to have gate fixed multiple times and Took forever to install the fence kinda started one job did a couple panels and did not see for a couple of days.

So its pretty much a given if the tile is 9 x9.. They do not manufacture 9 x9 tile anymore due to the fact most were Asbestos. If a little chips its fine, its when you break and break up the tile. If you are going over with carpet or Laminate flooring it is perfectly safe to leave the tile on the floor and not move it.
