If it is in Franklin county you can go to fcmcclerk.com and it will give you criminal, traffic, environmental and evictions. You just need to know their name, it helps to know their birth date or last known address to make sure you have the right person. Just click on record search. Hope this helps

have you tried spending a couple hours walking around or driving around those neighborhoods and writing down the different complex's to look up online later? also would recommend the Urban Living Tour. Tickets are like $10 bucks and you can spend a day touring all the new apartments and condo's in Short North, Italian Village, downtown, and Franklinton.
