Dr. Mathias is a great pediatric opthomologist, his associate Dr. Margaret Marcone is a good pediatric optometrist. Another good optometrist for kids or grownups is Dr. Mark Wolmer on North Street.

Dr. Mathias is Adrina's eye doctor. He did both of her surgeries and guess what... the suregery they THOUGHT she could possibly need at 21 is already no longer going to be needed. He is absolutely amazing! You would love him and he is so good with kids.

Nicole... I had Dr. Mathias from birth through 16 when I was referred to Yale to see a specialist. I was born blind and at 20 months old he did my first surgery which restored my eyesight. I had a complicated case and later in high school needed someone else, but he was a great dr. If you can't get him, the whole practice is great.
