Any recommendations for a good Orthopedic surgeon in Denver (specializing in wrists)? I've had a ganglion cyst in my wrist for years. I had it aspirated several years...

I broke my wrist / forearm in 4 places last summer in a motorcycle crash. Dr Edmund Rowland is some sort of master when it comes to wrists. His practice is out of Panorama Orthopedics in Golden. He's also the main wrist/ knee surgeon at st. Anthonys. Might want to check him out.

I was looking into surgeons a few months ago when I thought I had a cyst (turned out to be radial styloid tenosynovitis), but I know one of the top neurosurgeons in Colorado and asked him if he knew a good hand/wrist surgeon. He told me to make an appointment with [Dr. Michael Gordon](http://www.ucdenver.edu/academics/colleges/medicalschool/departments/surgery/divisions/PlasticReconstructiveSurgery/Faculty-and-Staff/Pages/Gordon.aspx) if it came to surgery for me.

I broke my hand about 2 weeks ago and just saw an orthopedic surgeon that specializes in hands and wrists. She's been doing it for a long time and seemed to know her stuff. Was referred to her by my pcp and he's known her for 20+ years and loves her. http://www.southdenverorthopedics.com/leo.htmlDr Jan Leo

So can you go to panorama or no? Waller's mom is seeing someone at Porter or near there, Dr. Kim.
Danielle H. replied:
I actually only saw Foran in the office. He wasn't able to do surgery on me and referred me to a bone tumor ortho specialist, Dr. Hugate. I appreciated Dr. Foran's honesty and expertise. He actually came highly recommended from a former colleague of his in San Diego who I know personally. I read up on him before I saw him and he has a very impressive background.

Bree, all of these are AMAZING doctors at Children's Hospital. They have all done incredible work with my sister who is a double amputee. Through my families medical history with my sister these 3 are the best we have been in contact with, they are all with Children's. Dr. Travis Heare, Dr. Jason Stoneback, & Dr. Frank Chang. The number is (720) 777-6600. Good luck!
Joshua P. replied:
My sister also said that Dr. Booker is also a great one at Childrens (720) 777-6600.

Becky Hayes, yes when she gets home. Her 3 rd toe is totally under the 2 nd. The bone is totally curved now. I thought it would straighten out when she started walking but it didn't. There is no way she's not going to develop a huge callous.. plus in the spirit of teenage vanity, I am sure she will hate her feet

Anyone in Denver recommend a good orthopedic doctor?
Steve D. replied:
There is a group I went to called Advanced Orthopedics & Sports Medicine, their # 303-344-9090. The doctor I mostly saw for my knee's & shoulder was Dr Wayne Gersoff. Known him for over 15 years. He is also the team doctor for the Colorado Rapids.
Steve D. replied:
They have a couple different doctor's there for knee problems. I would really suggest Dr Gersoff. He is a great doctor & tell him I sent you to see him and he will take great care of you
Does anyone have a recommendation for a good orthopedist specializing in hands? Boulder, Loveland or FoCo. Due to past experiences, I will not see anyone in Estes....
Barb L. replied:
Dr Eric E. Young in Loveland is great ! Address: 3830 Grant Ave, Loveland, CO 80538 Phone:(970) 776-3222
April E. replied:
This specialist is not near Estes but I live in Estes and have dealt with him for 10 years. He is the too hand surgeon in Colorado and one of the top in the country. His name is Dr. Clinkscales hand orthopidic sermon of little Colorado. He has 3 other locations including the new children's hospital. He did my surgery. Which was one of the most complex hand surgeries. He had to cut my bone by the wrist and extend it with another donated bone. It has recovered amazingly and I am glad I went to him. I probably wouldn't have the use of my wrist if it wasn't for him.
Steadman Clinic in Frisco or Vail they are the best in the US. I have been everywhere in Colorado and even to the Mayo Clinic and found them to be the absolute best! Do not go to the Steadman Hawkins they are not the same!
Dan S. replied:
Rajpal in Boulder/Louisville is very good as well. Steadman Clinic is highly recommended as well.
