I bought mine at Performance Bicycles in Long Beach Town Center. I'd buy their rewards card, and you will get 10% back from the price of the bike the next day. I'd go back and buy all the accessories, possibly your pedals with the rewards for purchasing the bike. Also, their mechanics are great. As long as you bought the bike from them, they will fix your bike for free.

Bicycle discovery. 8800 Warner Ave. Fountain Valley (close to Magnolia, in the center with a snails pace, not the bike shop that sticks out on the edge of the street) AMAZINGLY service! Family owned and will usually do bike repairs on the spot. Really reasonable and they will let your kid watch.

We love Easy Rider and the shop on Indianapolis. If you don't find someone able to fix it by the 4 th instant message me my son is a whizz around all kinds of bikes; he can come over to your house and teach your son as well.
