I started on the shots last fall at Dr. Cain's office and this has been the best year of my life in terms of allergy symptoms. I don't know if allergists really are very different in terms of the immunotherapy they do, I just picked them because they're closest (you have to go frequently to get the shots). Go for it!

Dr. Morgan and Dr. Fortune at Summit are great! Essential oils are a good option as well, however the brand makes a huge difference! I have had great results with Young Living products.

Anyone at allergy, asthma, sinus center. I saw Dr Stauffer & some of her NP. The whole staff is amazing & really helped with my asthma. I only take Benadryl as needed instead of something stronger daily. I no longer take asthma medication.

I would not recommend Dr. O’Quinn. I went to him several times and he would have me sit in the exam room with him for 30+ minutes where he didn’t say anything and just wrote notes on his laptop. Waste of my time and awkward as hell.

I love Dr. O'Quinn!! My family & I have been going there for over 15 years. He is very thorough man and therefore puts every detail of your symptoms/situation into his computer, yes it may take a minute to do that, as I am sure he is consintrating on everything he was told, but I like knowing a doctor cares and charts everything the next time I visit he knows every little thing I have seen him for.

I went to Vanderbilt ASAP clinic. The best thing they recommend were Neilmed nasal rinses which Walgreens may still sell. When you run out of the packets you can just use salt and baking soda. They also recommend Flonase and nasalcort which are both over the counter now.
