I highly recommend NOT USING uNeedaRoof. One of the people that operate the company has several convictions under multiple roofing company names. They did our roof less than 2 months ago and it has to be redone. Check with the BBB and also check both the personal names and company name with the Ontario Consumer affairs http://www.consumerbeware.mgs.gov.on.ca/catsct/start.do?lang=en Also be sure to ask for Identification from each individual and verify the WSIB Certificate, as we discovered uNeedaRoof lied about having WSIB coverage.

We have Interlock Roofing system. Its a "put it up and forget it" forever roof. IT comes with a life time warranty (as long as you own the house) and if you ever do sell, the warranty transfers as a 25 year warranty to the new owners. It's pricey, but if you look at it in terms of never having to shingle again, it'll only takes 3 or 4 times not putting up shingles and the roof pays for it's self:) Not to mention if you go with the solar panel option it'll power your home too! and pay for its self even faster!

Call Dennis McQuire at Brydges roofing. We have used them several times for small repairs. Sometimes if the weather is “iffy” they may do small jobs instead of ripping off someone’s lid and the having it pour!

Only company I have ever used is Malek roofing, but can't attest to their availability. Probably not the best, roofers seem to always have work. Maybe try Courtney Roofing too, see a ton of their signs.

Stay away from AM roofing they dinked us around for 8 months after taking our deposit and constantly delaying the project for various reasons. 8 months was a long ass time to wait for my already leaking roof

I had really good experience with King Roofing (might be King Bros. Roofing). Their ladders have nice little extensions on them so they don't wreck your eaves and they clean up the yard and eaves REALLY well before they left. When my neighbours had thier roof done they were picking up old shingles and roofing nails out of their garden for months.

Their pricing was very reasonable and their customer service was just outstanding. Before even booking the work, they visited my home a couple of times to go over options, samples, etc. - and there was no pressure at all. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

I've had good experience with Byron Roofing. As said below, get three quotes and make sure that they don't sub-contract. Some companies won't cover interior damage to your home if you have a bunch of rock stars trying to finish your roof in two hours or less.
