you can email the school's insurance manager Barbara Rabinowitz at brabinowitz@ashe.ucla.edu and she can answer questions for you or at the very least in an emergency you can tell her what happened and what you needed to do in order to properly respond to a need for care and so that she knows what's going on and can help you out with it
