I have had stomach issues for years, am a vegetarian for 30+ years, and now my doc says it is IBS. I have cut out all dairy, most chocolate, but cannot totally give up my white wine. All 3 of these are total irritants. The best move I made by far was to start Align, which is a pro-biotic and I bought them at Costco. Has changed my life!
