Justin, Apparently citrus fruits & omega 3's will help. Hopefully these 2 articles will help, bro. http://www.motherearthnews.com/natural-health/natural-allergy-remedies-zmaz06 aszraw.aspx#axzz39 koIEBlK This one seems very precise although not as easy to read due to font size & lots of words: http://www.homeopathic.com/Articles/Using_homeopathy_for_ailments/A_Homeopathic_Perspective_on_Allergies_respi.html

A similar question was asked on Hip Donelson community page and the most votes went to Travis Cain at Allergy asthma and sinus center. Looks like he is on Old Hickory in Hermitage and is a Texas boy! Also, I kinda echo what Bobby said. I have started taking a minimum of 3000 mg of Vitamin C a day and my allergy issues this year have been a LOT less than in the last few years. It's not a cure-all,but its helped me. Thank you Andrea for bringing this to my attention. Thanks to Facebook and its nonsensical algorithms I didn't see it before.
