I found out that Allergy ENT Associates of Middle TN does in fact do the impressions. They're $35/per impression. Their number is 615-889-8802.

Dr Soria at Summitt has helped me so much with my hearing loss. She is a wonderful doctor and is extremely knowledgeable about all sorts of hearing loss....all ages.
