Another one in town was good but I paid first for a massage in his office and then for his treatment. Dr. Deb is $55 for the hour. Hot blanket, strong hands and througho care. She is a certified Chriopractor, see her website, www.DrDebOjai.com

Summer McComas is the bees knees!
Lisa S. replied:
Yep, Summer McComas of Summer's Dawn.
Eliza M. replied:
I have experience w this and woukd Reccomend a physical therapist: Anna Kotula before massage. Massage will relax the muscles around your disc and there will be more compression. If your muscles are tight it's to protect the disc from more compression. As U know a very complex situation.
Eliza M. replied:
^^ a long term non force chiropractic type can't remember the name healed my herniated disc in the mid 90's. It took years of many things. At the end of the day though no one really knows exactly what you need to heal it but Anna Kotula is a great resource and can do some tracking and maybe point U in the right direction. If you have 5-10 days to do absolutely nothing you could lie on your back on the floor and prop your legs on stacked cushions so your knees down are at a 90 degree angle. 2 weeks of that could bring the bulge down.
Steven N. replied:
I've worked with numerous clients who have had surgery, have bulging and herniated discs, and prosthetic discs. Structural Integration is a way to go.
