I concur with the ACA recommendation, even if you weren’t raised in an alcoholic home. Most of us were raised in a home with some level of dysfunction. Adult Children of Alcoholics (ACA) is a wonderful program and it’s free. Google it and read their list of characteristics of ACAs. That description probably applies to most of us. And ACA has a solution. Wanting to change is the first and biggest step. Good for you. Good luck!

According to wikipedia ""Rolfing is an alternative medical treatment marketed by the Rolf Institute of Structural Integration (RISI). The Institute states that Rolfing is a "holistic system of soft tissue manipulation and movement education that organize(s) the whole body in gravity". Rolfing is essentially identical to Structural Integration."" To break it down...Rolfing or Structural Integration is slow, deep strokes to lengthen tissue (specifically myofacial) balancing the body in relation to the effects of gravity and our compensation to it. Ida Rolf said "It's a dance not a wrestling match" and I agree. I have friends who say Steve Nipper is the most highly recommended Rolfer in town. I also offer Structural Integration as well. Feel free to contact us for a further explanation of the modality. I hope this helps.:) <3
