Dr. Hiltner ' s approach opened life back up for our then 6 year old son. He at 20 is highly physically active and has no asthma issues. Ditto David Dekker. Luke went low inflammatory diet, no dairy and also no meat. If he had pizza at a party as a kid the combination of tomato, cheese and pepperoni was a triple whammy. We learned very quickly diet was critical for him.good luck!
