https://www.facebook.com/291748130980761AIReal Yoga in Ojai with Susan Bronstein offers a class at 7 pm on Wednesdays -- her Friday class wouldn't quite fit your schedule, but there's talk of potentially adding a Thursday class as well. "Drop in" as in you can just pay for one class at a time, but you do need to pre-book your yoga hammock since there are only so many to go around she needs a head count. It's an amazing class! <3 Also available on Saturday mornings.

Most options are mentioned above! Were so fortunate to have GREAT choices in the valley. It depends on the teachers if your interested in group fitness classes primarily vs personal training or want an open gym to work out whenever. Val Poulos - http://www.vitalityfitnessojai.com is an awesome teacher, love her classes!!

With regard to being a 'member' of the Ojai Valley Inn & Spa - well, you can't! [LoL - trick question] It is a public place so anyone can go there. However, you can be a 'Golf Member' that has its perks [inquire at the Golf Shop]. If you just like dining or the Spa - inquire about the 'Inn Crowd' with the Concierge or Front Desk. It gives locals special discounts. The Spa offers 'Day Passes' that let you enjoy a day using [basically] the 'non-appointment' services at your leisure. ----again, just call them up and say I referred you. [I know people]

Learn taekwando. Korean karate. Best workout I’ve ever had. Plus you learn valuable self defense skills. It’s great for the body, mind and spirit. The Ojai Valley Taekwondo Academy is excellent. Adult classes are so small it’s basically like having a personal trainer and you can go up to 3 times a week for $99 a month. I don’t work there, I just love the workout. AND I can neutralize an attacker as a bonus!
