Vanessa Harrington at Algonquin Sports injury clinic. I used up all my benefits on physio before her, and she fixed my problem very quickly. So many physiotherapist are hands off and machines on, vanessa is not. She is extremely knowledgeable!!! http://astc.ca/index.html

Jessica Thompson, an RT at Ottawa Physiotherapy and Sport Clinic in Westboro is FANTASTIC! I have gotten her help with joint injuries, muscle injuries, and general help with improving flexibility. The clinic is small and the whole staff are very friendly and welcoming. I recommend to it as many people as I can and everyone so far has come back with positive reviews! Good luck! NeuroLogic Physiotherapy in Nepean are the best. Myofascial Release therapy is very good for reducing inflammation and promoting proper postural alignment. Sounds like your are overusing the tendon and your are moving with compensatory movement patterns. Do not keep trying 'general' physiotherapists if your problem still persists. You obviously need a more highly skilled and specialized physio

Was in the same boat as you a year ago, sports dr, physio, MRI...nothing helped. Say Bill Carr massage therapist at Smyth massage therapy. Turned out it was all due to a tight bicep muscle. He worked it out in three sessions and even though I get the odd pop and grind from the shoulder, it's good. That's my story anyway.
