Karen, I'm so sorry to hear about your son. Here is some information about VN: http://vestibular.org/labyrinthitis-and-vestibular-neuritis. Please keep in mind that VN is often the first diagnosis given to complicated vestibular patients. You might check with your doctor to see how much experience they have with vestibular disorders. It may be prudent to get a second opinion by a trained vestibular specialist: http://vestibular.org/finding-help-support/provider-directory. I hope this is helpful.

Rogue flutists. The worst. Dr. Laura Iuga at Kaiser. But I'm mad at them for moving her out to Hillsboro.

Dr. Joshua Schindler at the OHSU Center for Speech and Swallowing Disorders. He's fabulous!

my PA at OHSU S. Liebler is awesome, very supportive for my menieres and declining hearing. If youre looking for someone who just does tinnitus / sound-related trauma, Dr. Shi at the tinnitus clinic is great.

Can anyone suggest a great ENT doc (ear, nose, throat)- hopefully in SW area near Lake Oswego? Thanks!
Gretchen K. replied:
Erika Schettler at Lake Grove ENT in Lake Oswego. I only know her socially but she is very nice. Her daughter is in my sons 1 st grade class. We saw Dr Yang and found her terrible and impatient with my 2 yr old seeker.
