Tuesday, 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. Chair Yoga, and Friday, 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Arthritis Fitness. You can buy a punch card for $20 and get 11 punches, so each class you take would be under $2. I go to both classes as much as I can, and really enjoy them. They are held in Kingston at the Village Green Community Center where our new library is located. Just go to the front desk on entering, the gal there will be glad to help you. Actually, this Friday at the fitness class, Dr. May, rheumatologist/arthritis specialist from Harrison Health Partners, will be stopping by for a few minutes when class starts to give a little talk. Martha who teaches our class, also works for Kingston Fitness. If you take a class there with a punch card it is about $9 for the class each time you go. Hope to see you in Kingston! Carole
