Dr. Harper did an endoscopy and colonoscopy on me. He is wonderful. The office is on Falls of Neuse just north of 540.

Dr. Tumbapura is wonderful. Their main office is on Atlantic Avenue but they now have an office on Rogers Road close to the Factory. Looks like he has office hours there on Thursday afternoons.

Dr Al-Sabbagh, he diagnosed me with chronic vomiting syndrome, a very rare condition in less than 10 min. After 6 primary physicians and a hospital visit. I take Meds when I feel it coming on and don't suffer any longer!!
Anyone have a gastroenterologist recommendation in Cary?
Harrison T. replied:
Dr. Seth Kaplan at Wake Gastroenterology has been treating my Crohn's disease for years. Great guy.
Carol E. replied:
Dr. Michael Battaglino@Wake Endoscopy [across from Rex]. He was the amazing doctor who treated Dad in 2006. Diagnosed him w/ UC & eventually recommended his colonectomy. Very much about the best for the patient.
Amanda D. replied:
Dad says Dr Duberman(sp?) at western wake
Carol E. replied:
Dr. Eric Duberman@Western Wake is great, too. His specialty is surgery; thought you wanted a gasterologist.
Raeanne J. replied:
Nancy McGreal at Duke!
Amy B. replied:
Julianna Miller, she has an office in Holly Springs and Raleigh.
Amanda L. replied:
Oh no...for you? Dr. Rich at UNC is one of the best in the country, and she's super nice and listens too!!
Gastroenterologist recommendations! Looking to get something checked out, probably minor, no significant prior issues. Wondering if anyone had any pleasant experiences...
NotCaptainMunnerlyn replied:
I go to Cary Gastro and I'm happy with them. I actually go to Triangle Gastro, as well, but only for my remicade infusions. I haven't had a bad experience there, either.
alittlebunnyrabbit replied:
Dr. Barrish at wake gastro
starid replied:
I love Dr Barish at Wake Gastro - my mom and grandmother see him as well. However, he is retiring in July and I am not sure if he is taking new patients. I avoid Dr Ender at that practice, FWIW.
incognito_sloth replied:
My wife sees [Dr. Marc A. Herschelman](http://wakegastro.com/physicians/marc-a-herschelman-d-o/) and he’s great!!!
tbmisses replied:
I have experience with Duke. Very good exoerience. Just know that hospital bass specialist not only charged for the doctor visit but they also add a facility charge to your bill. This can increase your out-of-pocket cost. If cost is not an issue I would say go to Duke.
ZolaMonster replied:
Dr. Chander with north Raleigh GI. I can’t recommend him enough. He’s really informative and explains everything along the way. He is also very quick to get you in if you do need an additional procedure (endoscopy, colonoscopy, etc) because he performs them all himself.
