Do your own FSBO first. many people dont want to deal w realtors and fee's. I dont use them unless needed, I currently have a waterfront house close to stump pass i am selling with a boat on its lift. Even before i have a for sale sign up, as of today there have been 3 people knocking on my door in Rotonda. I have spoken with several realtors and not to pleased with service. Definition of exactly what QUICKLY means. Price sells homes. Priced low enough it will sell overnite. Priced correctly to market conditions today might be 45 to 90 days. Overpriced might be 90-150-210 days with 2-3 price reductions along the way.
