Xfinity mobile currently uses Verizon's network. It does allow you to make calls over Xfinity Wifi (Verizon will let you make WifI calls as well).

I have sprint, its decent The best is honestly verizon. I would not choose t mobile if i were you, we had a line on t mobile for our business and it had horrible service. Half the time we wouldn't even receive calls because it had no service.
