We take our mastiff to animal care center in Mt vernon. Dr. O'Rourke is great & really cares about his patients (& their owners). Im not sure about pricing in comparison to others, we've been with him since our pup was 6 months & in need of elbow surgery. His staff is really friendly too. My dog gets super excited to go to vet, despite having surgery & being neutered there ;-) They treat him like family

I've been taking my pup to Banfield in Burlington as well. Dr. Aley is great and the staff is good too. I don't know about their costs though. I always have my dogs on their wellness plan which is a bit under $40 a month since I wanted her spayed. After the first year I'll get the basic plan and I think that's around $30 a month.

Try the Stanwood Spay & Neuter Clinic@(360) 629-8387. The vets there are amazing and charge a fraction of the cost of other clinics in the area. I don't know about payment plans but I would think they would be your best bet.
