Thanks for the shout out Lois Beigli, I have been vegan going on about two years, vegetarian prior for 3 years and once when I was your age for a couple years. Now vegan, I'm never looking back. I have a class at the Bloc and with some dedicated students I plan to get a venue around downtown. My website is http://www.immortalkungfu.com and you can learn some things about my health system at the fb group "longevitarians."

Robert Cheeke is the best to follow and he has come to tucson several times, I have both his books and would share with ya. Vegan bodybuilding and fitness is a good page. Michael J Debrown used to be a trainer and is very much into raw food. And me, I am no bodybuilder, but I am very athletic and can point you in the right direction. There has been talk(mostly from me) of trying to get a tucson vegan athlete thing going, be it a group, meet up, or just a social thing

When I worked with a PT or in small group training, the trainers at Desert Sports and Fitness were amazing. I worked out there for like 3 years and used their training for 2. I ended up moving and don’t live or work near any of them. It just wasn’t helpful to drive 25 miles to get to workout with my trainer. But I will always recommend them—Steve Adelman is an amazing trainer.
