Boston Medical Center has always served the poor and they are fabulous . Also try Little House in Dorchester. These places should also be able to make referrals. Also try Neighborhood Health Plan in Dorchester. Good luck!

Jennifer Hamilton in Brookline Village is amazing. She is biracial, culturally sensitive and I think she also speaks some spanish. Juan Sosa has a private practice in JP, not sure if he sees teens. He is Puerto Rican. Jamelle Greene, Afro Caribbean, she is also amazing with teens. Her practice is in Framingham but she knows a lot of people and could be a good resource. Sidney Trantham is African American and also amazing with teens. He is also a neuropsychologist. His practice is in Brookline. Soledad Viera Latina lives in JP, tons of experience with teens. I'm not sure who is at Sidney Borum Health Center these days, but I'd definitely suggest looking there, Mick Mdr would know. Also my friend LeLaina Romero is an awesome provider.

Ruth Economou at Childrens is GREAT! I worked with her at BMC. She's a social worker who does counseling. If she cant help, she'll refer you somewhere else.

You should connect up with Dawn Belkin Martinez who helped found the Boston Liberation Health group. Lots of therapists there -- and all politically aware and spanish-speaking and with a social justice perspective re. the health problems we face.
