You can go to a leather furniture store like The Leather Sofa Factory and purchase a leather cleaning and treating kit. It contains the cleaner, cleaning cloth and treatment

It is real leather. I helped build it when I worked at the Leather Center in Carrollton. Picked the hide and everything. They did warn me it needed a special type of cleaner. It's light blue and really really soft.
