Hey locals... I'm needing a dermatologist recommendation to help fight a family history of what appears to be cystic acne. I love our local dermatologist in the Bryan...

We use Dr Kuba's PA who comes to Wauseon and like them. You can make an appt by calling the Toledo office - (419) 479-5795.

I have been seeing Dr Sassmannshsusen and his PA at Three Rivers Dermatology in Ft Wayne. I started swing them when Geri Rupp and Dr Bernardi were unable to dx a skin condition on my face. They've been great and they do a good job at fitting people in. http://www.threeriversdermatology.com/

I went to a nurse practitioner at The Toledo Clinic and loved her...but I can't remember her name - haha! Laura Fox is the one who recommended her (or the doctor) to me - you could ask her. And I think they come to Wauseon a couple days a week.
Does anyone have an amazing dermatologist that they would recommend? My husband has been struggling with a skin issue for 10 years and we cannot get it properly...

It looks like psoriasis. A great dermatologist is Dr Sass. He is in Coventry plaza.

Liver detox sometimes helps with skin issues too. I like Renew Life's Liver Detox. https://www.liverdoctor.com/your-skin-reflects-your-liver/

Have you tried Dr. Murdock? I've struggled with hives for 15 years and no one could figure out why. He muscle tested and figured out I have a parasite. Skin issues can be tough both emotional and physically. Sending positive thoughts he finds answers!

That looks like the kind of eczema my son gets are the blisters watery? He goes to Dr Sass, does he get this between his fingers also, my son knows a couple a days ahead of time when he is going to break out, he says it feels like pins sticking him. My son has been covered head to toe with the eczema. The only thing Dr Sass gave him was steriod shot and prescribe a bunch of creams that did not work. What works for my son is #1 vitamin B, # 2 neosporin makes and eczema cream it works wonders
Okay Facebook friends I need a recommendation I have been having the worst acne... What's the best product you've used that works quickly? At this point I'm willing to...

This is what I'm doing. I've had the honey for a week and it does seen like its bringing a bit more out as it removes the impurities but I'm keeping with it. This honey is amazing stuff. http://www.thelovevitamin.com/1248/why-is-manuka-honey-so-special-for-acne-and-acne-scars/

Thanks everybody! FW Dermatology checked out well and a Dr Lenz can see him on Thursday. The poor kid looks like he has measles, but we've been assured by 2 different doctors its just a bad case of eczema. Here's to hoping Thursday comes quickly!
I am not a fan of Dr. Sass. I attended an appointment with my husband (who was the patient) and upon entering the room he didn't greet me or acknowledge me except for making a crude joke (in the direction of my husband) alluding to the fact that somehow I was part of the cause of his skin issue. It was simply awful! He was also VERY minimal with the amount of time he spent talking with us and made me feel incredibly rushed. I'm guessing he isn't like that on a regular basis, and perhaps I caught him on a bad day. But I found him arrogant, sloppy and seemingly with a desire to get in and out as quickly as possible. Just my assessment!
I need to see a dermatologist ASAP. Would like to know who you see that you like. Thanks!

Dr. Sassmenhausen at 3 rivers dermentalogy. I go for skin cancer checks. I believe he was an internist before he switched to dermentalogy. Not very holistic, and can be expensive if you don't have insurance though.
Hi. Can anyone recommend a Dermatologist or skincare doctor? I have scalp issues and maybe psoriasis on my face and ears. Sorry, Please do not offer me direct sales...

Keith Danckert is pretty good--not really holistic but at least has some knowledge of holistic care and does talk about diet if the patient is interested

Nicole Helsom is a PA at Dermatology Consultants and works at the Village of Coventry location. I would highly recommend her.
