I just got a recommendation for Dr. Lawrence Whicker on Hanover Parkway. I don't know if he's part of the same practice, and I haven't actually followed up to call yet so can't say a lot more than that:) Just that another doctor recommended him.

I once waited at Neurological Medicine (where Dr. Asad is) for THREE hours with a migraine and a baby on my lap. They're overbooked. I ended up going to a place in Northern Virginia that was modern and a totally different experience. I can look it up if you think you'd be able to go out that far.
