Does anyone have the number to Westmoreland gynecology dr. Clark and dr. Philipcosky? I know there's been a lot of busy and confusion

Autumn B. replied:
It's been busy often since they closed gbg office. Anyone having concerns about the switch to Allegheny Health network should voice them to the office manager or the docs directly if you see them (I brought up some concerns with a receptionist and that was the advice I got)

Westmoreland OB/Gyn...Dr. Clark and Dr. Philipkosky are great. At Gyno Associates, I recommend Dr. Donley and Dr. Maxwell. Good luck...sometimes it is hard to find someone you are comfortable with.

Heather P. replied:
Womancare associates had 2 offices in Monroeville. They deliver at Magee.
Kristina P. replied:
Gyno associates with offices in Latrobe and Greensburg. Dr Donnelly maxwell and Williams. All were fantastic- and Iv had 3 csections, one being an emergency and they were all so wonderful.
Jenn W. replied:
Elizabeth Knepp and the entire East Suburban OBGYN crew. Office in Harrison City too. Unfortunately I think they only deliver at Forbes
Jennifer P. replied:
East Suburban OB/GYN group. They have offices in Irwin, Murraysville, Monroeville, and White Oak. They only deliver at Forbes but they are all FANTASTIC!! I had a traumatic delivery and Dr Selednick was amazing.
Sherry H. replied:
Clark and Philpkosky. Love them. I've been going to them for 10 years and never had a problem.
Sarah C. replied:
If your looking for an ACTUAL midwife the best is Sandra Blaser at magee she has an office in irwin too. She was very supportive of my natural delivery while everyone else just rolled their eyes and said yeah okay well see how that goes. She was great.

ISO A good Obgyn that delivers babies at Westmoreland Hospital? any suggestions?
Mandi M. replied:
Dr. Clark part of westmoreland obgyn Although they did switch their health network maybe you can call and see if they still deliver there
Richard B. replied:
Westmorland obgyn doesnt deliver at Westmoreland anymore. You have two options. Gyno associates and dr. Nolfes group. They are the only ones that deliver at Westmoreland now. In my opinion dr. Maxwell is the best. (Gyno associates) But I'm jaded as I have never pushed a bowling ball through a straw before.
Michele P. replied:
I see Dr. Maxwell....she is very personable and amazing!!! She has not delivered any of my four, that Dr. is retired. If I was to have a baby it would be Dr. Beth Maxwell!!
Ronelle W. replied:
Dr. Nolfi practice is amazing...yes you have to see every doc thru ur pregnancy but I loved everyone of them...I just had my daughter almost 3 months ago... Dr. Hildebran induced me and Dr. Rabida (I can't spell his last name) did my emergency c-section... nothing but caring people in the office and doctors as well... I had the best experience as well at Westmorland hospital labor and delivery and even after...I still even keep in touch with some of my nurses from the hospital... course one of my friends is a nurse there.. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Nolfi practice.
Jenny M. replied:
Gyno Associates...Dr Maxwell, Dr Williams, and Dr Donally are all wonderful.
Hillary D. replied:
Nolfis office was horrible my last pregnancy...i was high risk due to polycystic kidney disease and high bp...they let my bp go sky high and did NOTHING. My kidney dr was furious. Also was my 1 st pregnancy after a stillbirth and they seemed uncaring with my concerns.
Carrie F. replied:
Dr. Maxwell!!!!!
Gerry M. replied:

Nicole M. replied:
Dr Maxwell. But I didn't mind the others in the group (Dr Williams and Dr Donley). I had a bad experience with Nofli, I think he's a weirdo lol.
Pam L. replied:
Dr. Nolfi delivered my last two and did my hysterectomy.
Becca R. replied:
I had dr. Nolfi's group, I had about 5 complications through my pregnancy and they were amazing through it all. 5 years later I still see them. My favorite doctor there is Dr. Turkowits. (Not the correct spelling but just a guess...she is awesome!)
Angela S. replied:
Dr Nolfi and Dr Rabidya (spelling may be wrong) are both great doctors. They delivered both my babies and I couldn't have asked for anyone better.
Ashlee N. replied:
Dr Nolfi's office is great!
Shasta G. replied:
My son wouldn't be alive had it not been for Dr. Nolfi. His bedside manner wasn't my favorite but when it came down to it.... He literally got down to business and saved my son's life.
Ashley P. replied:
Dr. Nolfi's office for sure!
Amy K. replied:
Gyno associates! Dr Maxwell delivered both of mine. Dr Donnelly and Dr Williams were also good. The only thing I really didn't care for was the residents. The one guy tried to break my water and couldn't do it, and he kept trying until Dr Donnelly told him to move!
Richard B. replied:
Gyno associates also delivers at Westmoreland. Dr Nolfi isn't the only one.
Mike O. replied:
Dr Randi Turkewitz is amazing...she is doing ours at Westmoreland in October

I'd personally stay away from Dr. Philipkosky. She was my sisters doctor when she was pregnant.. Horrible and mean to her, terrible bed side manner, rude... I could go into depth about everything, but I won't..
Trina H. replied:

Went to Dr. Philipkosky for a couple years but she no longer takes UPMC so I was forced to change doctors unfortunately....
Samantha M. replied:
I had a really terrible experience with Dr. Philipkosky, she would not listen to any of my symptoms and ignored me for 3 years before I switched doctors and found out I had endometriosis. I've heard Philipkosky is great for OB but terrible for GYN. I'm currently at the group with Hildebrand and I'm seeing Dr. Suchada. I can't make any recommendations FOR a doctor but I would stay steer clear of Philipkosky

Michele M. replied:
Delivered My Daughters Kids Very Nice
Chuck C. replied:
***guy opinion*** lol.. Dr Whorral did my wife's. He went above & beyond, writing a letter to our insurance stating that she had major issues with the pill and Depo shot. They ended up covering it since he recommended it. The worst part was the 50 times we got asked if I was 'forcing' this on her, and if we were 100% SURE we wanted no more kids. Her pain lasted maybe a week..back to work in 2 days.. 2 week....ahem!...."waiting period".. lol No issues since.
Jessica L. replied:
No, but Dr Clark is a great doctor
Julie T. replied:
Dr Clark his fantastic delivered both of my children and held my hand and was so gentle with me when I was nervous about a procedure I was having.

Mine was 8 years ago, wonderful no trouble at all. Dr. Clark was very personable and reassuring.
Looking for suggestions on a female OB/GYN here in the area (prefer Irwin area if at all possible) that takes UPMC and high risk (history of premature labor) pregnancy.
Lindsey M. replied:
Westmoreland Women's Health, they have an office in the Excela buildings in Norwin Hills. Dr. Hildenbrand is my favorite!
Regina B. replied:
Magee Womancare Associates in the Target plaza! I go to Dr. Rygg but have also used several other female Drs from there and they are all wonderful
Keri L. replied:
Magee by Target! I see the midwife Sandra Blaser, shes great.
Quick question, any place/ any obgyn in the area do water birthing?
Donna M. replied:
Tara Hassler
Sara M. replied:
Your only choice you have is to hire a homebirth midwife and have a water birth. There is no OB or hospitals that do water births. It's against State Law to have a water birth . If you want to labor in a birth tub, your best bet is the Midwife Center in the sprip. They don't allow you to give birth in their tubes either .
Looking for a new OB/GYN in the Greensburg area. Must be associated with Excela and UPMC and take UPMC insurance. No impressed with Excela Gyno Associates at all.
