Not sure about this specific issue, but Dr. Michael Spiro is a highly recommended American Endocrinologist that works for Maccabi on Aggripas. Maybe worth giving a call...

I'm on Meuchedet and see Dr. Sinai on R' King George. I've been very happy with him and feel he stays on top of my nodules

I also had total thyroidectomy -about 12 years now. Apart from my oncologist, I see Dr Sinai on King George. I take Euthroyx with varying doses 150/200. I seem to be fine.:)
