Can anyone recommend a good Podiatrist in Knoxville. Blue Cross Blue Shield. Thanks in advance!!
Todd W. replied:
John Barbee@865-368-3756 (mobile). He does myofascial therapy.
Todd W. replied:
BA, John recommended a book, The Permanent Pain Cure by Ming Chew, that is a great resource for stretches, exercises, etc specifically focused on myofascial therapy. I'm in the midst of reading it, because I have likewise been suffering with plantar fasciitis for the last 6-8 months. It has been very helpful.
Angela G. replied:
Dr. Cindy Caplan was good when I saw her years ago. http://www.easttennesseefoot.com/

Dr Bradley Gipson Seen him for several different problems, including plantar fasciitis. Good luck!

Knoxville friends: I'm looking for a referral on a good podiatrist. Anyone have a good one?
Mehul P. replied:
Dr. Hawk; he has two offices. I went to the one in lenior city. You can google his office info.
Binta M. replied:
Dr. Ivan Cooper at UT Medical Center Professional Bldg C
Kristy C. replied:
Dr. Bradley Gipson at Apple Health & Wellness. He is superb. With physical therapists if needed; and Hosenfeld Chiropractic is part of the group - so if it's a hip misalignment they can help too.
Can someone recommend a good podiatrist in Maryville? I usually go to Dr Harbin, but I'm not sure my foot/ankle will make it to Sept 9, earliest I could get an appt:(

Toni Chadwick. I took mom to her a few weeks ago. She was very nice and very patient.
April-Keith W. replied:
Dr Chadwick is very good. My grandma uses her
Yvonne C. replied:
Sorry you are having problems. Dr. Stephen Davis is another good one. I love Dr. Harbin, and he worked a miracle on my split tendon in 2011. His partner, David Franklin, left last year which has increases his patient load. Not to mention that his staff is worthless.
Vietta M. replied:
Yvonne Miller Coada, the staff is bad! They are not friendly at all! I've gone there for years, and they've always been that way.
Oh no! What did you do!? I've discovered these foot injuries take F O R E V E R :( if you think it's a bone or muscle, ligament, joint, go to KOC and request a foot specialist right away. & make him get to the bottom of it right away (I learned in those regards). If it is something else, drs Ricky and Cindy Caplan at park west are really good and you can get in quick even as a new patient 691-1115
Julie O. replied:
Dr Suess... big foot little foot red foot green foot..etc
Keith H. replied:
Dr Sholes. I may have spelled his name wrong, but I'm sure you've heard of him.
Knoxville friends, who can recommend a good podiatrist? I've been battling with Plantar Fasciitis and the advice and medication prescribed by my general MD isn't...
Danya C. replied:
I started with Dr. Kendall Ritchie at TOC, but ultimately went to Dr. Chris Testerman at KOC.
Cindy R. replied:
Freeze a water bottle and roll your foot over it to stretch it out. Twice or more a day. Chris Testerman at KOC is wonderful. Good luck !!
