Update! First, A huge THANK YOU to Amber for getting me in to see Dr. Gurgen today!! We still don't know what it is or what is causing it. They did 4 skin biopsies and we'll wait 2 weeks to see what the pathology report shows! My guess is that it's something from the lake...we've been clearing out the weeds around our dock!

Dr Joanna Bolton at Alliant Dermatology at creek side Landing has been monitoring my melanoma surviving husband. We like her and her staff.

I haven't been to Dr. Casper yet but plan to. I did get my botox there (1 st time in TV, we're new to the Villages) and am very pleased! I believe the PA who did it was called Heather.

Dr Tran at Villages Dermatology is terrific. My husband has had at least 15 MOHS procedures with him.

Stay away from Dr Tran. He did a terrible job on my MOHs resulting in an ugly deep scar.

We use MacInnes Dermatology. They have offices in Mt Dora and Leesburg.

Bill and I have been seeing Dr Tran for nearly 12 years. Bill has lots of problems with squamous cell carcinomas he has had at least 15 MOHS procedures, all very successful, with normal or very little scarring. The depth of the scar is sometimes (if not always) dependent on how long the lesion has gone untreated. In all the years I have been going to Village Dermatology for skin checks he has never done any cutting on me. Everyone of my friends and acquaintances who see Dr Tran think he is an excellent doctor. All of them would disagree with the moniker of Dr Cut.
