Need someone to clean out a clogged ear. Do Minute Clinics or Urgent Cares do this? My internist would probably send me to an ENT and it doesn’t warrant that.
Rebecca C. replied:
It depends on your doctor. I know at Lakeview Internal Medicine there are people in the lab section that do ear lavages. They also have an ENT specialist if needed. But yes, some PCPs just give you a referral to an ENT. My grandpa’s doctor did that.

Dr. Vaught in Leesburg is very good.

Look up Orlando health for an ent . Honestly the best experience this past week at Orlando regional medical center for a surgery. I wish that Orlando Health would look into taking over The Villages hospital

We love Dr. Shah in Lake Mary, the drive is definitely closer than Shands in Gainesville. https://www.atlanticearnosethroat.com/

How about that Dr Judith Milstead. She is here in TV
Hi Everyone. Due to my horrible experience with Leesburg hospital emergency, I need GREAT ENT, and Pulmonologist. Thanks, Sal Gentile
Diane D. replied:
I use Dr Balingat for my pulmanologist, Dr Milsted was my ENT in TV before going up to Shands. Both are in the area across 441 from the hospital.
George W. replied:
Pulmanologist- Dr. Jose Diaz in Leesburg. All I will say, while others were misdiagnosing my wife he got it right and probably saved her life.
Carolyn E. replied:
Dr. Vaught was very thorough and diagnosed my husband's problem.
Regina I. replied:
Just started with Dr. Carrillo. (My pulmonologist, Dr. Upadya, no longer took my secondary insurance. Dr Carrillo no longer has an office in THe Villages.....Had to go to Clermont. I liked him very much.
Carol K. replied:
Dr. Diaz is great. I've been with him for over five years, and my COPD has remained stable. A short while back, he was "Doctor of the Month" at The Villages hospital.
Can anyone recommend a good ENT that is not Lake. I am willing to travel to Orlando & Tampa as long as they are worth it. Thanks.

Dr. Chedda in gainsville. Worth the hour drive. We went locally for a year. My husband didn’t get better. Was better, right away with Dr. Chedda. He also is fixing my husbands.vocal.cord. it was injured during lung surgery which is quite normal from my understanding. But he gave my husband a voice back and now he doesn't breathe as hard either. Yes it's worth the trip.
