I'm looking for recommendations for a family doctor (GP) in the Medford/ Marlton area. I do not prefer a large group, but rather a small group or solo practitioner. I...
Jacquelyn W. replied:
Dr Michelle Festa. I don't know your father but I know you won't be disappointed she is wonderful all around. She is in Medford on rt 70. Good luck! I know it's a hard decision
Cynthia S. replied:
I also would suggest Michelle Festa. It is a small practice connected with Virtua. Dr. Festa is very personable, she is a good listener and spends sufficient time with you, I think she is a good diagnostician, and the office staff is efficient and pleasant.
Jurij D. replied:
Dr. Vincent Renzi on Church Rd in Moorestown. Two doctor practice, Lives in town, gets you in immediately and takes a great deal of time with you.
Bob L. replied:
Given your desires, Dr. Marzilli would be a good fit: http://drmarzili.com/
Melissa A. replied:
Dr Genovese. I can't say enough positive things about her! She's amazing!
Vera D. replied:
Dr Thomas Marzilli, right down from Tarantellas. Several ppl from this site also reccomended him & i have read a few switched to him. It's just him and a PA. He spends time with u. In some respects he reminds me of ur dad & FR Natale mixed
Stephanie R. replied:
I loved your dad! !! He was a great man & no one can fill his shoes. But I agree with above after Dr. Juele retired my husband started to see Dr. Marzili & he really likes him, my husband hates Dr's & has white coat syndrome. .but really is relaxed in the office. I haven't had to go yet.
Michael B. replied:
Dr. Michael Smith was a great man...

Jefferson Internal Medicine in Voorhees. While connected to the Jefferson system, the office is only 3 practitioners and they are very thorough and warm. We prefer Dr. Witmer, but Dr. Lingana and Dr. Santamaria are very nice. Not too far.
Charlene J. replied:

Mandy S. replied:
Dr Roesly. She actually called me back herself at 8:45 last night because I needed to speak with her about an issue.
Lori K. replied:
Dr Roesly called me when I was in the hospital for an emergency. She even gave me her cell phone number to call her anytime bc it was a weekend. Can't say enough about her.

Hey everyone. I'm in the market for a new General Practitioner (MD). The one I have now is good, but I'm looking for someone who isn't a drug pusher. Also, I'd prefer...
Ron T. replied:
My Doctor is a DO not MD however, he is athletic, young but mature, and has been very good with all of my family. Dr. Jeffrey Pinto, Virtua Family Medicine of Medford on Union St (609-953-7105). You may want a DO vs an MD based on what you say about drugs. Here is a short excerpt on the difference (they are both licensed doctors!): While there are many similarities between osteopathic (DO) and allopathic (MD) physicians, there are also some important differences. First of all, the osteopathic philosophy differs from the allopathic philosophy. The osteopathic philosophy focuses on a holistic approach to practicing medicine, meaning treating the patient as a whole—not just the symptoms or injuries. This holistic approach acknowledges that all the body systems are interconnected and that the musculoskeletal system is especially important in reflecting and affecting the condition of all the other systems. Osteopathic schools require up to 200 hours of manipulation training on top of the medical coursework, demonstrating the emphasis placed on the musculoskeletal system. This training teaches students manual therapy and manipulation techniques, adding another tool to traditional forms of diagnosis and treatment to effectively care for patients.
Tricia L. replied:
There is a great DO in the yellow building across from Freedom Park. Dr. Pinto is his name and he is only 36. There are also 2 MD's in his practice and I have had nothing but great experiences with them all. They are close to home and they are great about squeezing you in if it's an emergency or you are in pain.
David B. replied:
Dr. Michael Mirmanesh, MD. Across from AMC in Marlton on 73.
P-Natty S. replied:
Sean Galie who would you pic
Sean G. replied:
Natalie Stone, see above - I picked Dr. Roesly. She's extremely smart and advocates for her patients in a very big way.
Sean G. replied:
Ron, here's Dr. Roesly's bio: https://physicianlocator.virtua.org/NavWeb/PhysicianSearch/Detail/1522 - and I'm shocked because thought she was about 2-3 years younger than her bio.
Sean G. replied:
Jeff, I go to Dr. Melissa Roesly over at Virtual Internal Medicine at 103 Old Marlton Pike. Admittedly, I cheated since I got to interact with a lot of the local Doctor offices during my time as a paid EMT in Medford. She's managed multiple injuries for me and my food poisoning scare, as well as is the Doc for the rest of the family. Pretty much one of the smartest non-Trauma/non-ER docs you can find who can think on her feet. I'm sure you'll get a few other recommendations, but that's my $0.02.
P-Natty S. replied:
we switched to Dr. Patel at Tabernacle Family Physicians-two young dudes, educated, we love them.
Jodi Z. replied:
Dr Pinto!!
Victoria W. replied:
Sorry Jeff, the best one I've found is in Voorhees. Dr. G. Robert Witmer, Jefferson Internal Medicine. Both my husband and I see him and he's very good. On the younger side, but from where I am, most are! lol
Sean G. replied:
Just noticing that all the likes on my comment are women... but Dr. Roesly is fine with guys too. Like I said, I was able to "meet" a large number of our local doctors when patients needed an ambulance and strongly based my own choice on those experiences (which doctors strongly advocated for their patients, which doctors would have patients still come to the office even though they obviously should have went straight to the ER, which doctors were able to think on their feet if something life threatening was happening in their office).
Cory S. replied:
Ron Tuczak - sure! Here u go: http://drjeffreypinto.com/contact-information/
Abbie G. replied:
Dr. Melissa Roesly is great, I made Sean Galie switch to her a while back, no complaints about her at all and I generally don't like doctors! Took me a while to find one I liked!
Sharon D. replied:
Been going to Dr. Melissa Roesly for years. Love her. Knowledgeable and patient and takes her time with you. I really feel like she cares.

Dr. Cynthia Genovese. She’s on Stokes Road in Medford — she’s in a practice by herself & she really listens and wants to gather all of your information, test results etc from any other doctors & specialists you’ve seen.
