I had extensive neck surgery in 8/13. I would recommend Dr Neil Molholtra at U of Penn. Excellent surgeon and his staff is wonderful. I am so glad I went to Penn. It was huge surgery and a long recovery but they were wonderful.

I would try Temple Dental Hospital. I've known many with no insurance get great work done there. The price is half of what normal dental work costs.

My shoulder has been good- calcium deposits. Bone spur and arthritis. I had previous surgery when I was younger so wasn't a conventional surgery . Highly recommend
