I have to bring my 6 month old to a pediatric allergist. Does anyone have any recommendations?
Jennifer E. replied:
People I work with all recommend Dr. Bantz in the yellow building.
Margaret C. replied:
Dr. Eric Bantz. My daughter was 5 months old when she went to the hospital in an ambulance from one accidental lick of Edys vanilla grand ice cream. I nearly lost her. My ped sent me right to Dr. Bantz, who used to be a pediatrician himself. I can't say enough wonderful things about the man or his partner Dr. John Kim.
Michelle G. replied:

Dr. Teitlebaum can most likely figure out why he is allergic to corn and treat him for that. She is not an allergist but she is very good at curing the problem instead of masking the symptoms. http://www.drmteitelbaum.com/mobile/index.html#home.
Sue H. replied:
My friend sees Dr. Bantz in Medford. He sounds fabulous!! He is a pediatric allergist. I see Dr. Wood in Johns Hopkins. I'm always impressed when I hear good things about Dr. Bantz. Cornerstone allergy and asthma
Sue H. replied:
I love Dr. T but she is not an allergist, she is an Ayurvedic doc. If you're dealing with true allergy, you need proper direction because it's serious
Cindy B. replied:
Allergies are usually caused by a weakened or compromised immune system. And....Dr. T can help with that. Or, if your son has some toxicity in his body that could also be a cause and Dr. T can help with that as well. Not everyone is into alternative medicine but it does work.
Jen C. replied:
Cornerstone Asthma and Allergy. You should see an allergist for allergies. Dr. Gatti in Marlton is also good, but it takes longer to get an appointment.
Michelle H. replied:
Dr Bantz is awesome and very thorough! Definitely recommend him!!

Bethany B. replied:
Didn't care for Dr Bantz he and I go way back, for my son (15 yrs). I took my son to Dr Glassofer in Voorhees which was on the cover of southern jersey medical Journal! We like him much better. Dr Bantz refused to admit my son had an allergic reaction to a booster, even though he saw the reaction and refused to fill our the papers for the school and the state. He referred us to a pediatric immunologist in Camden, she was able to prove he had the antibodies and was safe to attend school and not be given the second or third booster. He's a joke, avoided putting his name on the dotted line for a child.
Can anyone recommend a local allergist (child friendly)?
