There's an Arizona breastfeeding support line 1-800-833-4642. They probably have a list of lactation consultants.

Doris Christensen is the BEST! I used her for both my children and she is a life saver. I also know others that have used her with wonderful success. She lives in Gilbert but will come to your home. If you want her info just let me know. I can't recommend her enough. She used to be a nurse and is retired and been doing lactation for quite a while. She knows it all.
