I see Catherine Deluca and she's an excellent physician! I'm not sure if any of the Drs are taking new patients. Helen Merrick NP or Aaron Block PA who were taking new patients a few months ago but I'm not sure now...at least it would get you into the practice. They may give you "first dibbs" when the Drs have openings in the near future.

From their website: http://www.mafp.net/ We can perform allergy injections for patients that are followed by an allergist and receive the allergy serum and instructions from that specialist but do not want to travel to the allergist's office to receive their scheduled injections.

Thank you all for your recommendations. As it turns out Mid-Atlantic Family Practice is taking new patients (Drs. Deluca and Heckert), but the first appointment is in May 2015! So I opted for the Milton Family Practice and Dr. Hurd who recently moved over from Beacon Medical Group. They will also be able to administer my allergy shots. So problem solved!

Dr Deluca is very good, gets to the bottom of medical issues (she has never said to me - "well I'm not sure what it is" and then dropped it like many other DRs. I've gone to!) AND Helen Merrick NP is excellent as well. Both at Mid Atlantic Family Practice. BTW their new office on 24 is quickly taking shape so they should be back soon.

I also have Dr. Stanislav but to be honest you wait sometimes a hour past your appointment. If you have an appointment at 2:40 pm don't expect to be out by 4:30-5 pm. Nurses never call you back. They've had several no nothing nurse practitioners. So schedule with Dr. Stanislav if you want a "half" decent diagnosis..
