Chuck...not south County...but Dr. Pernoud on Watson Road (down near Starbucks/Arby's) and Watson Medical Center is nationally known...been going to him for years, as did my Mom before that. He's excellent in every aspect. He may be able to work out the non-vision insurance issue...they have great people there to figure that out, too.
