Well I must say that I love Dr Prabhudev@Sunnyside. She's thorough and actually listens to the parents where I've had doctors dismiss my concerns. Sorry you feel that way about Sunnyside but I'm very impressed.

I have to agree with London Blu..both of my kids have been going there...and we see Dr.P every visit...i think u should reconsider Sunnyside....they really are great

I love Coker pediatrics, but I only go if and when Dr Coker can see my daughter. Otherwise I don't take her until he is available. I have heard Dr Kevin Delli Gatti is great from everyone I know that goes to him. He would definitely be my first choice if Dr Coker couldn't see her.

Our family loves Dr. Coker. We have had nothing but great experiences with him and his staff. Dr. Deli Gatti used to be my sons pediatrician . I was not happy at all with him or his staff.

Dr. Deli Gatti is a "no drama" doctor so if you like a little drama, then he is not the one for you. He also will do what is best for your child, not what is best for you or what you think he should do. If you're looking for someone to give out ADD/ADHD meds just because you say your child "needs" them, don't expect him to just hand them out freely. He will have several visits and conversations with the family and make sure that is what the child truly needs. Some doctors around will just hand these types of medicines out like its candy and I think that is a very serious concern nowadays. Some people don't like Deli Gatti because he tells it like it is - but he is usually right on the money!

I love Pediatric Associates. She is in Thomaston and the only DR in the office. She is wonderful to us and wonderful to everyone that I know that goes to her. Kathy Mansfield is her name.

I disagree... Thomaston pediatrics is by far a better place. Dr. Cokers office refused to see what was wrong with my son.... One visit with dr. Deligati and BOOM we had a real answer for why my son had swollen roungh glands. Coker claimed it was normal and he had no problem... Turns out the problem was major and they needed to be removed! I may be bitter but its my childs health that was my concern.... Coker was concerned more with getting paid for our visits not the helth of my child... i went there for 3 years and saw the fella one time. First visit to be exact.... Never saw him again after that just the assistents. Even after i requested his presence several times.... Guess if i were a single female instead of a single father i would have seen the guy more. -my 2 cents

If you don't want to have to wait forever and then be treated like a just another number, go to Thomaston and see Dr. Deli Gatti. He truly takes the time to fully examine your child and talk to you to make sure he gives the correct diagnosis. He is credited with saving several kids' lives!! He is the best around and has an awesome staff as well!! His office is called Thomaston Pediatrics.

Dr. Mansfield is a blessing from God she loves each and everyone of her patients and takes very good care of them. She was all 3 of my children doctor and my youngest son has diabetes and she has taken care of him since day one he is 23 now. She is now my oldest son little boys doctor and still just as great as she was 20 years ago. Go meet her and you will understand why her patients feel the way they do!!!!

I would highly suggest Karen Chaplin with Kids world Pediatrics in Fayetteville. My daughter was a preemie and was diagnosed at 1 with Cystic Fibrosis. She has been truly an amazing dr. She will not hesitate to consult with Children's Healthcare or send to a specialist. She has been extremely aggressive with my sons life threatening food allergies as well. Would not trade her for anything!!

I had a preemie as well and Dr Garth at Griffin Pediatrics has been great with her!

My youngest was a micro preemie. He was born at 1 lb. 11 oz. He came home after 3 1/2 months in the NICU and still only weighed 3 lbs. He had some obstacles and still has some. I looked and looked around this area. I finally found Dr. Justice at Just Us Kids Pediatrics in Newnan. It is so worth the drive. I think the main difference between her and other pediatricians is that her own twin boys needed specialized care, so she has made it her business to be the best she can be for her patients who need extra care.

Jayne Widener, I will say it publicly. We love Dr. Lee. She's amazing. But there is another doctor in the office that my son feels very extremely uncomfortable around due to what he perceives as excessive touching. Not bad touching, just too much contact. My son has never had this issue before so when he tells me he is sincerely uncomfortable, I listen. We scheduled him his annual physical and my husband called to find out which doctor they scheduled it with, because obviously a boy physical already involves some uncomfortable moments. My husband asked the lady who answered the phone what all a physical entailed, since it was scheduled with the dr my son does not want to see. Now, my son is in high school, has had all of his physicals on time, is up to date on shots, etc. When the lady asked what the problem was, my husband was honest with her but did not mention the dr's name. She kept grilling him (which I am absolutely sure was her attempt to ensure the safety of the office) but when my husband just said "nevermind, I'll just cancel the appointment." At that point, a bizarre turn occurred and the woman made some serious, asinine comment about this being an "annual physical" and that if we could not accommodate the child, they would have to call people to ensure that he got the medical care he needed. Basically, she threatened us with the law (is how WE took it) even though we have never once had any issues. We get seen regularly in that office (6 kids so obviously they know us, etc). My husband got very angry and withdrew ALL of them from their practice. Now my kids will see Dr. Biddle, who is great; however, I have one that absolutely needs to see a pediatrician due to his unique needs.

Dr. Potts in hampton is great my kids have been going to him since they were little and we lived in fayetteville but qhen i moved to griffin and had my last child i changed to griffin pediatrics and they were good but when i found out dr potts was now in hampton i quickly changed back to him my kids love him and the other drs in their my son has adhd and i have another one that has blood pressure issues and they are great qith my kids and underatanding their needs

My oldest son went to Griffin Pediatrics from birth to right after he turned a year old. We had bad experience with them. I switched to McDonough Pediatrics. They found the problem with my son that day. I now have a 6 year old with special needs. I love McDonough Pediatrics with all 3 of my children! They do a great job.

Everyone has their own opinion but I know several people, including myself that don't use coker. I recommend Dr Colton at south Atlanta pediatrics! They are amazing there.

Do NOT go to Coker pediatrics. They will charge you copays for well care checkups ( not WellCare Insurance) for your child and then on the bill they charge for vision screenings that your child never receives. And this is all about 3 to 4 months after the appt. Zoe pediatrics is great.

I switched my 6 month old from Coker to Ron Smith Pediatrics on Jonesboro road. I have only been once but so far I am much happier!

Dr. Ron Smith is the only Dr. That would listen to me when I kept saying that something was wrong with Warner, as you know he was diagnosed with Epilepsy. Dr. Potts and Dr. Coker would not listen to me.

I asked Coker at 2 different appointments something specific about my son. He blew me off and said everything was fine.. when we switched pediatricians to Ron Smith at 4 months I was told my son could possibly need surgery for the issue I had been asking about since his 2 week appointment. I was very upset.. luckily the issue was resolved without surgery!
