I liked Dr. Kenneth Weaver. Took Medicaid and he himself was really great. Personable and explained things with words I could understand. Actually listened to some concerns I had and took them seriously. He's behind Lexington Diagnostic Physicians Mall in Harrodsburg road. http://health.usnews.com/doctors/kenneth-weaver-145395

Cricket P. replied:
Rand Paul. If he's as good at eye doctorin' as he is at swindling the people of Kentucky to vote for him and believe in his ideas, then I'd say he'd be a good bet.
Cricket P. replied:
Seriously though... Sara and I are both practically blind and I have some other crazy eye issue that require regular visits. Our doc is Heechung Ko at Stratton Eyes. We like her a lot.

Kimberly C. replied:
Dr Stratton on Reynolds Rd. I don't know what it is, but I don't like men in my face.
Laura L. replied:
Well, I called Dr. Kielar because I've been looking for a good ophthalmologist. I have Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield Medical and Vision Insurance. They told me if I went there, and there was nothing wrong with my eyes "medically" I would have to pay $300+ for the office visit because they don't take vision insurance. Geez.
Amy F. replied:
i just went to Eyeglass World and was pleasantly surprised at the service and prices. I used to go to Dr. Wachs and love him as well but I lost my vision coverage and needed a cheaper alternative.
