Cheap place to buy blackout curtains/blackout material? Hey all,
I am looking for a good fabric store and/or a cheap alternative to Walmart or another store...

Buying raw material is general more expensive than buying manufactured good these days. Just order some from Target

IKEA has them for 15-20 a set

I have [these](https://www.ikea.com/us/en/catalog/products/40414022/#/80414020) from Ikea and they do an amazing job of blocking out the klieg lights on my next door neighbor's house. I can't sleep in anything but pitch black, and the thickness and length are perfect.

Ross and TJ Maxx always have great deals on that kind of shit. You do sacrifice variety a little.
Trenalynn replied:
I understand wanting the raw material over premade curtains. Premade ones are usually so dinky. When closed, curtains should still have a ripple to them, they shouldn't look like a flat sheet against your window. Also, they're often too short if you have ceilings taller than 8 ft. Mill End has two locations and is a great place for fabric.
