I am about to buy a 10x10 canopy for my jewelry booth. Any tips for good ones/ones to avoid? Trying to find a good one that won't break the bank :)

Just got mine, costco.com, to replace the cheap one I bought last year that bearly made it through last season. It seems totally worth the $250 (free shipping). It's white w roller bag and 4 side walls and I can put it up all alone. They had one in store that was a little cheaper, but after checking out the display there I'm glad a skipped it and upgraded.

I purchased mine on amazon.com...paid $90 for it...with free shipping...and honestly, couldn't have gotten a better deal...A friend (who purchased hers at Costco...and paid almost 3 times more than I did...)................the first time she used hers, she has to take it back...Mine, I have had absolutely NO problem or issue with. I would try Amazon.com

Joanne Lea Hall...this is the one that I have... It has worked wonders for me...and honestly, never had any problems. http://www.amazon.com/Outsunny-Slant-Pop-Up-Canopy-Party/dp/B00BQ0FRF6/ref=sr_1_34?ie=UTF8&qid=1367881888&sr=8-34&keywords=10+x+10+canopy

depending upon the situation and where you will be... Here is another one...it is NOT a pop up, (must assemble)...but that traditionally doesn't take much.. http://www.amazon.com/Biscayne-Bay-10 x10-GAZEBO-CANOPY/dp/B002L4J1R6/ref=pd_sim_sbs_lg_3

I got my Caravan online at Nextag.com. It's not too heavy, I can put it up myself and it holds up to the winds we have here on the coast (I purchased weight sand bags also). The sides velcro and zip. I am very happy with it with t he exception that the carrying case it came with. The wheels broke off within a couple of months of use but they sell a better quality bag for it also.
Headed to portland, neskowin, and seattle the week after next, hoping for recommendations on jewelry artists and small businesses. Specifically looking for an emerald...

Looking for photographer for styled shoot of high end jewelry (quick turn around) Looking for someone:
* available in the next week
* can do styled shoots for 30 pieces...
Conspiracy_Bill replied:
Iridio photography past Milwaukie is a class act. My employer sends a few quick turnaround shoots to them and everything has been great. I would say the more direction you give them the better the results but that is really the case any time you don't have a representative on set.

Is there a bead store in CC? Or some place besides WM that has jewelry supplies?

You can also buy bulk from http://www.firemountaingems.com. They're based in Grants Pass, so you're not straying too far from home to buy them :3

Are you looking for seed beads, pony beads, art beads...? Art beads can be found at Bill's smoke shop on the corner of 101 and 3 rd. Pele Winds/ Poppy's Boutique sometimes has seed beads across from Burger King. Otherwise, my favorite place to get them is http://www.fusionbeads.com/ They ship fast and have EVERYTHING you need for a reasonable price....Of course, the other option is to raid my stash. :)
Denise D. replied:
That place on the square ...bead heart/ heart bead...THAT is an outstanding shop. I also like the one in Gold Beach...Of course the Beadaholic store in Grants Pass isn't bad...The best one is downtown Petaluma though...Or maybe the one on main street in Ashland?
